EFT eBooks
I'm not usually a big fan of the ebooks that are sold online. Generally, they're poorly written and overpriced -- their authors seem to spend more time on the sales blurb than the product itself. With EFT, though, I've found a few genuinely helpful ebooks that I recommend below and throughout this site.
The Art And Science Of EFT
This is a great introduction to EFT. The first half of the ebook is a detailed discussion of the science of EFT, it's basis in acupressure and information about the meridiens. The second half is an easy to follow but detailed description of EFT in use. The ebook also comes with an audio book Step-By-Step Guide to EFT that I would highly recommend; it's so much easier to follow what you're hearing than trying to remember what you've read as you put it in to practice for the first time.

The EFT Coach
This is a more advanced, technical guide aimed at Life Coaches and other EFT practicioners. Not really suitable for the beginner but for those who want to take EFT forward and help other people benefit from the technique.

Money Beyond Belief
If you can get beyond the title, this set of seminars and other recordings from Brad Yates is an excellent guide to using EFT to clear the mental blocks and misconceptions we all have about money. Though the seminars are the main focus of the sales pitch, the other recordings are equally interesting. These include discussions of EFT for health and abundance, along with guided meditations.
