Introduction To EFT

These are the basic tapping points, used in the original “recipe” for EFT. There are more points used by different practicioners but, for the beginner, it's best to start with the basics. The Sore Spot is the point used first, when you are making your statement specifying the negative emotions you wish to clear from your mind.

The Sore Spot

The Sore Spot is on the upper chest, just below your collar bone. If you rub your fingers in a circle around this area you will find the place; it will feel sore when you rub over it!
