Introduction To EFT

There are twelve main meridiens in the human body and these are the primary areas targeted by EFT's simple tapping system. The tapping points work just as well on either side of the body.

The Tapping Points

In conventional EFT, the points on the body that are tapped are :

  1. Eyebrow
  2. Side Of Eye
  3. Under Eye
  4. Under Nose
  5. Under Lip
  6. Collar Bone
  7. Under Arm
  8. Thumb
  9. Index Finger
  10. Middle Finger
  11. Little Finger
  12. Side Of Hand (known as the Karate Chop)

You'll also need to know :

There are variations from practitioner to practicioner but this is a good way to start.
