EFT -- Emotional Freedom Training -- is a simple technique to help you deal with negative emotions and believes that are affecting your life. EFT will help you to clear these emotions from your mind, allowing you to move on.

Basis Of EFT

EFT is based on the ancient Chinese practice of acupressure. Acupressure involves the stimulation of specific points on the surface of the body to produce positive results elsewhere in the body. Each point is aligned with a meridien of the body and each meridien relates directly to an issue or area that can be treated with nothing more than gentle pressure.
