Basis Of EFT
EFT is based on the ancient Chinese practice of acupressure. Acupressure involves the stimulation of specific points on the surface of the body to produce positive results elsewhere in the body. Each point is aligned with a meridien of the body and each meridien relates directly to an issue or area that can be treated with nothing more than gentle pressure.
