What you need...
4oz of gluten-free flour
4oz of butter or margarine
4oz of castor sugar
6floz apple sauce
0.5tsp baking powder
What you need to do...
Cream the sugar and the butter or margarine.
Beat in the apple sauce.
Sift the flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Drop on to baking paper and cook at 180ºC1 for 12 minutes..

Sauces made from other fruits? I was wondering about apricots...?
