What you need...
9oz of gluten-free flour
4oz of butter or margarine
2oz of castor sugar
2tsp baking powder
4oz honey 1
For the filling...
2oz butter or margarine
4oz icing sugar
1tbsp honey
What you need to do...
Sift the sugar, flour and baking powder in to a large bowl.
Rub in the butter or margarine.
Pour the slightly warmed honey over and mix well.
Place on a baking tray and cook at 200ºC2 for about 10 minutes.
Make the cream while the biscuits are baking.
What you can add...
Try golden syrup instead of honey.
Notes
1 You may need to experiment a bit to find just the right amount of honey.
2 That's Gas Mark 6 or 400ºF..
