What you need...
8oz of gluten-free flour
6oz of butter or margarine
4oz of castor sugar
1 egg yolk 1
For the filling...
2oz butter or margarine
4oz icing sugar
Raspberry jam
What you need to do...
Sieve the flour.
Rub in butter or margarine.
Add the sugar and egg yolk.
Place on a baking tray and cook at 180ºC2 for 12 minutes.
Make the cream while the biscuits are baking.
What you can add...
A face-shaped cookie cutter!
Notes
1 You may need a little less so add slowly.
2 That's Gas Mark 4.
