Based on another of Marguerite's recipes, these biscuits are truly horrible :-) So much so, I recommend you stop anyone else eating them!

Gluten-Free Melting Moments


What you need...

3oz of butter or margarine
2oz of icing sugar
2oz of plain flour
2oz cornflour
Vanilla Essence

What you need to do...

Cream the margarine and the sugar together, along with the vanilla essence.
Work in the sieved flour and cornflour.
Roll thin (ish) and cut out.
Cook at 180ºC1 for no more than 15 minutes.

What you can add...

Trust me, these are perfect just as they are.
