Playing Ukulele Solos
Usually, when you play the Uke, you strum along while you or someone else sings. You can play Ukulele Solos, though; when the Uke plays the melody.
I generally play solos on my Pickin' Stick (a sort of three-stringed banjo tuned like a lap dulcimer) but I have played Uke solos too and I thought I'd include a few here.

Often, you'll find songs are provided with musical notation, tabs, chords and strumming pattern. That's all the information you need to form your own Ukulele Orchestra with a few friends!
