Lesson Four - A Sunshade

4-sunshade-s

Starting at the top of the sunshade, fill in each section between the ribs, the lightest first. Use the crimson first and then add in yellow ochre and blue to produce the correct color for each area. Wait until each section is almost dry before moving to the next. Paint in all of the interior in one go, using a darker red [more blue]. Make sure to leave space for the handle. The handle itself is two shades of green and the tassle, two shades of yellow. When the whole is dry, add the ribs in a mixture of Prussian blue and crimson.
